The construction of a new Resort in the Silver Coast, will soon be started representing an investment of 300 milion euros!
The Group Beltico turn to bet in the region of Obidos, with the construction of a 'resort' five stars. Classified as a Project of Potential National Interest (PIN), the enterprise has obtained the approval of the municipality and other official bodies.
The construction of Falesia D'El Rey, the name of the luxury complex, is expected to start soon, and to be completed in 2018. The construction and development of the whole enterprise will represent, to the group headed by Stuart Swycher, an investment of 300 million euros.
The Falesia D'El Rey will be located near the Praia D'El Rey, a 'resort' five-star also owned Beltico Group with several years of operation.According to the company, the project will be built in an area corresponding to 230 hectares of coastal areas, on the cliff top overlooking the sea near the Lagoa de Óbidos. The resort consists of a contemporary five-star hotel with sea view, and a second 'boutique' hotel with spa, pools, tennis courts, shops, sports channels, among other support. The complex also includes a golf course 18 holes stretching along two miles of beach, a golf club. The residential component divided by 475 units, located along the golf course, which includes apartments (192), chalets (205) and detached houses (78).
