Plaza Oeste Investment in Obidos
One of the most interesting projects happening in the Silver Coast will be the Shopping Centre and Hotel due to start in 2011 in Obidos, representing an investment of more than 50 million euros.
The project is an investment done by a Belgian company called Wilhelm & Co, there is planning permission already and the position of this development is great, as it will be set in the shores of the new lake in Obidos, just a few minutes away from all locations in the area and is served by the A8 & A15 motorway.
The concept was developed by a massive international architects office with a huge experience: Design International
These quality investments prove the value and potential of the Silver Coast.
